There have been some exciting social media changes this week. GrabOne.co.nz added 4,003 new facebook members in just 7 days! We've also combined the followers of each of Daily Do and Groupys regions together to give a total company member count.

Analysis of the Social Media changes in the week to 16 Aug
Grab One
Once again, the big standout of the week was Grab One. They added a record 4,003 members in the past week! Thats on top of 2,648 new members the week before. Grab One added more members in a week than all of the other sites combined! to put that in persepective...a new member joined the Grab One Facebook page every 2 minutes.
1day
1day had a slower week with 1,485 new members. Last week was 2,179. Still a very respectable performance but considering their new site 1 day Out launched during that time we'd have thought more would have joined. But that being said 1day have now broken the 40,000 facebook member mark.
DailyDo
DailyDo has a separate facebook page for each region. We've now combined all of their regions to give a total company tally. DailyDo added 605 members in the week. Not a bad effort.
Groupy
Groupy also has a separate facebook page for each region which we've now combined. Groupy added 173 members in the week.
The Other Daily Deal Sites
Again, not much social media action among the other daily deal sites. 3 Deals did add 173 new members (31 new last week.)
