It’s a first, and again GrabOne are leading the fray into new vertical markets. GrabOne, the successful group buying site has partnered with product deals site FirstIn to offer physical products thru its network of regional deals pages.

Traditionally, group buying sites have offered only vouchers and coupons for things to eat, see and do. They haven’t offered physical products. This past weekend has seen GrabOne partner with physical product sellers FirstIn.co.nz

This is the first daily collaboration we’ve seen between two daily deals sites. The deal offered last weekend was Nintendo Wii console for 50% off. This deal featured as a sub-deal on all 13 of GrabOnes different regions.

While this weekend, may have only been a test run. We are positive the GrabOne will be moving in the direction of offering physical products as a permanent fixture.
